Diaper overalls

I don’t care who you are.. these are adorable. I have seen even the most serious man, smile at the sight of these little diaper covers. Made to be worn as a baby overall… much cuter than a pamper ..even if Elmo is  on it!

It happens quicker than we care to think and then these little garments are keep sakes in a trunk and our little boys are wearing size 38X30 insulated overalls and are driving tractors. Maybe someday the little cover will come back out of the trunk and be worn by his son!

Bib girl has a birthday

This birthday was all about comfort! My kids cooked my favorite breakfast…with bacon done just right! and lots of jelly on my crispy English muffin. Funny that for this day I pick one of my favorite pictures, happy and comfy in my denim overalls .

The years roll by and more and more we are becoming who we are whether we like it or not. Set in our ways, with our opinions and attitudes.  Likes and dislikes with less and less tolerance for those who seek to make us what they think we should be. Our best friends are those who know us, like us and accept us for who we are… warts and all!!

Bib Girl is 44 and happy to be right where she is… in God’s care.

Rosie knows

I want to be more like Rosie the Riveter. A strong woman, who knows the importance of getting the job done, not afraid of getting dirty to do it or what people will think and at the end of the day… she is still “A Lady” !!!!  I bet she looks great in a little black dress too. Toned arms from working not working out in a gym!

The Rosie’s I know are my best friends. We are country girls and we own more boots than we do heels!!  We have little black dresses and we have insulated bib overalls we are versatile!

Rosie knows… and I do too! Be your self, work hard, play hard and go to sleep with a content smile on your face!

When in the market for bib overalls, several variable will affect choice of style.

Time of year is the first, Carhartt bib overalls insulated are needed in cold weather and unlined for summer. The choice of fabric will play a roll as well. Denim is light and cool, duck is tough and durable, sandstone is durable and soft.  Lastyly options of double knee, leg zippers, will help make your bib overall just what you need.

To try them is to Love them….

If you are like most folks, you tend to put on a few extra pounds in the winter and shed them in the summer. I know I do, and that is yet one more reason to love Carhartt bib overalls .

If fitted properly, a few pounds either way are never an issue, kinda like loving your spandex waistband in your dress slacks. If you have never tried bib overalls, you don’t know what you are missing. Ease of movement and no restrictive waistband.

Home on the range… now that is a world most of us can only try to imagine with the help from what we see in the movies.

Being a farmer/rancher in these parts requires grit and gear!

Carhartt denim bib overalls is a staple in the wardrobe of most farmers and for good reason. Comfort, durability and range of motion make them a sure pick every time.

Family Tradition

Carhartt bib overalls are a timeless tradition.. pretty much the same as when our granparents wore them. And a good set of Carhartt bibs can be passed down.

Farming has been a family tradition forever. Skills and knowledge handed down from generation to generation. One generation teaching the next and all the while, everyone learning how to adapt to the new technology that seems to change how we do everything. I visited a dairy farm a couple of years ago and was amazed at the hi tech system in place there. One of my favorite things to do after the work is done is to listen to the “old timers” talk about “their day” . Oh how time flies.

Don’t forget the fries!

Mickey D’s is notorious for their Big Mac… and fries just seem to be a given… I remember a time when all the employees were even required to ask if you would like a hot apple pie too! Here is true story.. I went through the drive through once just for a drink and was asked if I would like a sandwich to go with it!! A straw maybe but not a sandwich.

The power of suggestion truly works, not only in the food industry but the Carhartt clothing line has a great reputation and so often a customer will need bib overalls or a coat and end up with shirts, socks and other items just because they are already in the spending mode.

Bib overalls-Advice from an expert.

I say expert… I should say experienced retailer! Carhartt bib overalls are the number one most requested brand, that is a given. But did you know that they are always improving an already great product?

Kick panels in the legs of several of their bibs and work pants are a great improvement. This cordura panel eliminate the fraying that happens when a longer inseam touches the ground. A second benefit of this panel is the water wickingfactor that happens even if they don’t touch the ground, but if you step into a puddle. Watch for this feature on your next purchase of Carhartt bibs.

Farmer in training

This little man is in his glory because he has total control over these adorable goats.  I can picture him in denim bib overalls with a bucket full of grain and don’t forget a straw hat! It doesn’t matter how spitty your hands get when you go to a petting zoo, because the residents are so lovable and appreciative of the visitors. This particular breed was not very vocal, but we got an earful at another pen! What a fun day. One that  we shall never forget!
